- Help in Accessing Community Resources
- Help you make a Return to Work/ Training Action Plan
- Connecting People with Potential Employers
- Supporting successful Job maintenance and stability
- Follow-Up with People and Employers
- Computer Training Programs
- Peer Support
- Individualized work and training plans tailored to participant needs
- A One Year Follow-Up with Individuals and Employers
- Access to Elders on a regular basis
- Referrals and specialty workshops made by community partners such as Ojibwa Family Resource Centre, Indian Friendship Centre, Metis Nation of Ontario and others in the community.
- Use of materials developed by the Kanawahitowin: Taking Care of Each Other’s Spirits www.Kanawayhitowin.ca and Kizhaay Anishinaabe Niin - I Am A Kind Man www.iamakindman.ca
- We have ensured these services are available to any of our participants as many of our Non-Aboriginal participants have requested an opportunity to find a better understanding of Aboriginal Traditional Ways
